Assign a job to each slot: on-field actions, off-field application, buffs and survival. Several jobs can belong to one character. When replacing a missing member, preserve their job first; matching the element alone may lose healing, energy generation or a required attack pattern.

Try a second rotation and a new enemy wave. If a Burst is unavailable, review energy and particle collection; if enemies are unmarked or effects expire, review the sequence. Change one variable at a time instead of assuming that a stronger weapon fixes a missing team function.
